 Chiropractic Manipulation
Chiropractic joint manipulation has been shown to be just as effective as anti-inflammatory medication for relieving pain and improving flexibility, and it is more effective than medication for increasing range of motion. Secondary health benefits, such as improved breathing and digestion, and resolution of pelvic, visual or circulatory problems, also are often associated with these safe correctional methods.
 The McKenzie Method ®
This is a unique method for assessing common back and neck problems and treating the spine through a series of individualized exercises. The McKenzie Method promotes the body’s potential to heal itself and can eliminate the need for expensive and/or invasive procedures.
 Myofascial Release/Active Release Technique ®
This combination of stretches and gentle, kneading massage techniques relaxes muscles and helps to reduce swelling, inflammation and soreness. Myofascial release also can minimize recovery time and maximize function after an injury.

Massage Therapy
Massage therapy helps to decrease inflammation and reduce irritating adhesions. It can also release muscle spasms and trigger points, and restore muscles to their full range of motion.

Microcurrent Therapy
Microcurrent therapy is a non-invasive, pain-free treatment that promotes rapid healing. It also reduces pain and inflammation by improving circulation, cell metabolism, protein and nutrient use, and the release of endorphins.

 Light Therapy/Cold Laser
A specific type of light is emitted and received by the cell membranes deep to the skin’s surface. This light creates a cascade of healing effects to the muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints. Light therapy stimulates the body’s natural repair processes; it is a painless procedure that shortens healing time while decreasing pain and inflammation.
 Kinesio Taping ®
A rehabilitative taping method that allows free range of motion, Kinesio Taping allows the body’s muscular system to heal itself bio-mechanically. By microscopically lifting the skin, it alleviates pain and facilitates lymphatic drainage. It also re-educates the neuromuscular system, enhances performance, prevents injury and aids injury resolution.
 Graston Technique ®
This innovative form of soft tissue mobilization utilizes specifically designed metal instruments to assist in treating soft tissue injuries. This technique enables clinicians to effectively break down scar tissue and release fascial restrictions that develop between muscles.
